Hey You! (out September 3 through MGM) is the first single off The Transients’ debut album to be released in 2011. It’s essentially a punk track about being fuelled by your poison and facing everything head on.  

The Transients are graduates from the WA Academy Of Performing Arts, Perth. They won Artist of the Year and Best Dance/Electronica Artist in last year's Musicoz Awards and released their five-track EP, Crossfades, which was co-produced by Lee Groves and included the singles, One Day and Mischa. Both tracks were Hit Pick’s in the Music Industry Network magazine and received airplay on Triple J, Nova and stations around the country.

Playing live as a four-piece, they’ve performed at Southbound, Stereosonic, Summadayze, Good Vibrations, One Movement, Perth Festival and Parklife, and supported artists such as Sia, Van She, Grafton Primary and Dukes Of Windsor.
